IECEP, a member organization of the Philippine Technological Council (PTC), and upon the invitation by the Philippine Federation of Professional Associations (PFPA) joined the 1st PFPA APO / AIPO Presidents' General Assembly 2023 and Forum.
It was held last October 7, 2023, Saturday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Atencio-Libunao Hall, University of the Philippines Law Center, F. Agoncillo Street, Laurel Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. Attending on behalf of National President Villas was National Director Engr. Donald M. Lapiguera.
