General Policies
- Use of Facilities in IECEP Home shall be subject to the approval of the Property Manager duly designated by the Board of Directors (BoD) based on the principles of equitable opportunities of access, alignment to the objectives of the Institute, and promotion of membership services.
- IECEP, Inc shall have discretion to impose reasonable administrative fees for use of facilities, as cost-recovery, future improvements and to offset service rendition of staff concerned, as well as repair/rehabilitation charges corresponding to any arising damages as a result of improper use/negligence, including appliances and fixtures therein, based on prevailing market rates; weekend / holiday / night differential rates shall be applied solely for assisting staff.
- Regular reports shall be made available relative to the activities and engagements conducted in IECEP Home.
- By default, only IECEP Members are allowed to use the facilities. In case of interested external parties, an IECEP Member, in good standing, shall act as host and assume responsibilities related to the reservation.
- Government mandated guidelines relative to the pandemic and/or safety of guests during weather disturbances shall strictly be considered by IECEP, Inc relative to admission of guests; the Property Manager, upon careful assessment and objective determination, may revoke/cancel/reschedule a reservation should the situation warrant.
- Users generally agree and provide consent for IECEP, Inc to monitor activities and engagements through CCTV installed within the premises for purposes including internal audit, safety compliance and office security among others.
- Simultaneous functions shall be subject for assessment based on the projected maximum electrical load of IECEP Home.
- All appliances, fixtures and furnishings in IECEP Home are properties of IECEP, Inc and therefore must not be brought outside of the building; doing so constitutes theft.
- Parking etiquette shall be observed, including on-demand vehicular mobilization as may be necessary. Overnight parking shall be requested in advance along with the reservation.
- Recommendations and suggestions relative to the reservation, use, fees, and other concerns shall be directed to the Property Management Committee via iecep.fintech@gmail.com.
